As we edge closer and closer towards Christmas - it's now the time to be looking into purchasing some extra lovely gifts for our loved ones. Join me in my Christmas Gift Guide series where I will be introducing you to some amazing businesses with a range of gift ideas for everyone. This series will include a little about each business, their back story and how they got started. First up is the amazing clothing brand, Equinence! How was your brand born? "During the 1st lockdown I found myself unable to work with no income, this prompted me to get creative. I found a supplier/printer, sent them my ideas and then I had to think of a brand name, something to incorporate my mare somehow, I was thinking Queen or Princess then thought of the logo, a royal horse but one thats not perfect so in came the wonky crown. Then back to the name, Equinence it’s a combination of Equine and Eminence meaning superiority." How would you describe your brand?
"Stylish, comfortable and friendly to the environment." "I wanted a brand that appeals to all equestrians, all shapes, sizes and disciplines. Comfort is a massive deal for me so products that are soft and comfortable to wear doing yard chores, riding or casual wear but also fab quality were the most important factors the next being affordability. Most of our products are made with organic cotton & recycled polyester." What sizes do you cater for? We have a wide range of designs in all of the following; Mini range - ages 3/4 years - 12/14 years. Ladies range - Tshirts 6/8 - 22/24, Sweatshirts & Hoodies 8 -18. Mens range - Tshirts - SML - XXXL What are your price ranges? "My lowest priced item is my Equinence keyring at £6.00 each and my highest are my hoodies at £46.00 each. Postage is an additonal £3.00 no matter how many items you order. You can place an order with Equinence on their Facebook page, Instagram & Etsy. Happy Shopping. Abbi & Emma xxx
